The
RP6 Prototyping System
The suite of sensors on the basic RP6 platform
are well above the average of comparable robots
in this price class, but the expansion prototype
board as supplied with the RP6 is one of the most
useful features of the system, allowing you to
easily add additional Sensors, Processors and
electronics to the Robot.
The prototype board is supplied with standoffs,
board mounting sockets and interlink cables to
allow mounting and connection to the RP6 main
PCB.
The
M32 Microprocessor Expansion Board
The
RP6 - M32 Microprocessor Expansion Board is the
first in a series of optional modules.
This module enables you to upgrade
your robot with an additional Atmel ATMEGA32 Microcontroller,
and as with the Pprototype Board, it is supplied
with the hardware to allow imediate mounting and
connection to the RP6 main PCB.
This
module includes additional I/O ports,memory and
further board space for more memory.
