MIABOT
MIABOTs
are miniature autonomous mobile robots which are ideally suited
to explore such questions as :-
> How do robots cope when they are not tethered to their
human creators?
> How can we get robots to perform tasks which are useful
to us?
> How can we get many robots to co-operate to perform
a single task?
Each
MIABOT contains a drive train, on-board power source, radio
link, computer and sensors - all in a 8cm cubed modular chassis.
MIABOTs are put to a large number of uses in Colleges
and Universities around the world such as Research and Development,
Educational Courses and Robot
Soccer competitions.
