With their new robotic arm, OWI has made robotic arm technology more affordable without compromising quality. Build your own robot arm! It comes in kit form, and needs to be assembled before you can use it. Not only is this product educational, its also great fun and is a fully operational Robot Arm, similar to those seen on production lines.

The robotic arm has five joints and motors: you can command the gripper to open and close, it has a wrist motion of 120 degrees, an extensive elbow range of 300 degrees, base rotation of 270 degrees, base motion of 180 degrees, vertical reach of 15 inches, horizontal reach of 12.6 inches, allowing you to move the arm around, up and down and also carefully grab an object that weighs less than 100g. An added feature is the LED search light on the gripper.
