On-line Credit card payments are processed using PayPal's secure pages, and as such, RobotstoreUK does not even see credit card numbers.

Detailed instructions for using our secure on-line ordering system

· Simply click on the "ADD TO CART" button for your chosen item, which will add it to your shopping cart. Having done so, you may then return to the catalogue by clicking "CONTINUE SHOPPING", and can add to your order by repeating this process.

· To modify your order at any time, click on the "VIEW CART" button on any catalogue page. This will show you the items you have placed in your cart so far. You can increase quantities by changing the "Quantity" field, or delete items by setting the appropriate "Quantity" field to 0 (zero). Press the "RECALCULATE" button to see the effect of your changes.

· When you are ready to submit your order, click the "VIEW CART" button on any catalogue page. The first thing you need to do is to calculate the shipping charge. You do this by selecting the "Destination" from the pull-down menu and then clicking the "RECALCULATE" button. Please note that if there is an error in the calculation process, for instance the wrong destination zone is used, then we will charge the actual rate even if it is higher than the calculated rate.

· Click on "GO TO PAYMENTS" once you have recalculated the shipping charges.

· You now need to specify your Name and Address for shipping, plus your email address. PLEASE enter your email address in case we need to contact you. We do not send out unsolicited emails based on this information, nor do we make ANY of your details available to other persons. Click on "CONTINUE" when you have entered the required information.

This will take you to RobotstoreUK (Telepresence Ltd)'s payment page within the PayPal system.

· Customers new to PayPal should click on the "CLICK HERE" button half-way down the page in order to register with PayPal. This will take you to a page where you should fill in your credit card details, billing address and email address.

· You will also be required to set up a password to create your own personal PayPal account, which will enable you to use the PayPal system anywhere in the future without having to fill in your credit card details again.

Goods are despatched to locations within the UK via Royal Mail First Class Post. Please allow 5 - 10 working days, although we endeavour to deliver before this wherever possible.

Items are shipped to overseas location by Royal Mail air freight upon clearance of funds. Alternative arrangements could be made should they be required. Please allow up to 10 - 14 working days delivery.
