GEARED
MOTOR KIT
This
versatile kit has been designed to bridge the gap between visualising
a motorised process and converting it into a working model, thereby
encouraging further investigation into the possiblities and limits
of mechanical processes. The kit provides 6 different ratios and 12
speeds and, with its rugged, compact design and construction is ideal
for models, CDT and R&D projects.

MINIATURE
SINGLE-RATIO METAL-GEARED MOTOR
This miniature gearbox is of steel and brass construction with
brass gears and is mounted on a 1mm thick steel bracket. It incorporates
a high-quality three-pole motor with sintered bronze bearings.
The design and construction of the unit make it suitable for a
host of model, robotic and light industrial applications.
AVAILABLE EITHER 1.5 - 3.0 VOLTS or 12.0 - 24.0 VOLTS

MINIATURE SINGLE-RATIO METAL-GEARED MOTOR
Designed for heavier duty industrial and model applications, this
geared motor is also very much at home in the robotics community.
This robust unit has a powerful, high quality, three pole motor
with sintered bronze bearings. The all steel gearbox incorporates
bronze output bearings, enabling the high torque transfer from the
motor to be transmitted through the gearbox. The unit is mounted
on a 1mm thick plated steel bracket.

PLANETARY (EPICYCLIC) METAL GEARBOX
Designed for heavy-duty industrial and model applications this small
but robust unit boasts a powerful high quality motor with sintered
bronze bearings. The all metal gearbox incorporates bronze output
bearings, enabling the high torque transfer from the motor to be transmitted
through the gearbox.
With an overall diameter of 15.5mm and a 3mm shaft size, this gearbox
is extremely useful for those tight situations where space is a premium
while not detracting from the highly efficient planetary capabilities
of this gearbox.
This gearbox is available in 3 different ratios, 4:1, 62:1 and 231:1
