The
brand new Ni-Loc multi-purpose and universal “soft-grip
/ vice” – it’s applications are almost endless.
Ni-Loc
has over 1500 stainless steel pins which take the shape of
the work-piece and exert an all round even pressure on it’s
surface, so as not to damage it and in turn enabling the user
the benefit of using both hands. The pins can be set either
long for larger items or short for very small and fiddly components.

The
Ni-Loc “workface and collar” turns through 360º
in 15º increments allowing the user to turn their work
piece step by step to the required position without having to
remove the work piece.
The Ni-Loc
“shaft” rotates through 360º and also pivots
through an arc of approximately 165º from the base offering
an almost infinite number of working angles and can be locked
into any desired position with a quick flick of a lever.

After
each item is completed and removed, by simply pulling the Ni-Loc
sliding collar downwards it ejects and resets the pins ready
for the next application. There is also a reset/dust cap provided
to protect the workface when not in use |

No
matter how delicate the workpiece is, it will be held firmly
but safely by Ni-Loc due to
the all round even pressure applied.
Paint or solder will
not easily adhere to the exceptionally
high quality stainless steel pins which makes them very easily
cleaned.
Ni-Loc
has the option of quick release rubber suction pads which
are removable, enabling the user the choice whether to fix
it to a workbench or use a mobile unit and placing it on a
flat smooth surface
